Northern Illinois Diabetes Coalition 2009 Raffle Northern Illinois Diabetes Coaltion (NIDC) is an all volunteer, non profit organization. Our mission is to improve the quality of care provided to person with diabetes and to ensure that all diabetes patients have access to continuing care NIDC is sponsored by the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. The major fund raising event for NIDC is an annual Raffle.
