(Breckenridge, CO) -- The ski-town of Breckenridge, Colorado, may have voted to legalize marijuana but one legal analyst says the victory won't have a major impact.

Legal analyst Royal Oakes also says Tuesday's vote to allow adults to carry an ounce of pot and own bongs is a part of the strategy marijuana advocates are using to try to get the drug legalized nationally.

He adds the next step is to see whether California will legalize marijuana next year and what might happen later on.
