Milton Township, WI-A car accident takes the life of a Janesville woman. Rock County sheriff deputies say Reyna Portugal was driving too fast for wet conditions Tuesday night when she lost control on a curve in Milton Township. Her car left the road and collided with construction equipment. Authorities pronounced her dead at the scene.
