Monday, Nov 30, 2009 @03:54pm CST (Port Washington, NY) -- Big screen TVs and computers led the way in sales this past weekend.
Data just released indicates 49-percent of shoppers who braved Black Friday came home with some kind of electronics equipment. Research company NPD Group says apparel came in second with 43-percent, and movies third at 27-percent. For those who didn't shop at all, more than one in four said lack of money was the reason. Another ten-percent said the lines were too long.
