(Washington, DC) -- The White House is unimpressed with an alternative budget blueprint that has been proposed by congressional Republicans.

Presidential spokesman Robert Gibbs fired this shot at Republicans, quote, "The party of 'no' has become the party of no new ideas." Republicans have ripped President Obama's nearly three-point-six-trillion-dollar budget outline and Obama challenged them to come up with a better alternative.

Republicans have now proposed an alternative, but Gibbs said it's not better.

Gibbs called it a, quote, "roadmap for the failed policies that got us into this mess."
