DeKalb-A DeKalb High School teacher is accused of sexually abusing a minor.  Robert Hursh, 56, of DeKalb, is charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.  The charges stem from incidents between 1998 and 2002 with a victim younger than 17 years old during those years.  The victim and family memebers first made allegations against Hursh back in September of 2007.  Police say it can take months or even years before formal charges are made.  Hursh has been put on administrative leave pending the outcome of the case.
