    WTVO/WQRF - The greenest ride in the world rolled into Sacramento, California.  It's completely electric!  "Vectrix" is the latest addition to the scooter market.  The all-electric motorcycle produces zero emissions, making it the cleanest vehicle to date.  Sacramento police officers and parking enforcement employees will be the first to test-drive the earth-friendly bikes, while they are on loan to the city
