Rockford-A tribute to fallen service members from Illinois will be on display this weekend. The traveling exhibit, "Portrait of a soldier" can be seen at Veteran's Memorial Hall in downtown Rockford. Steve Stadelman talked with Leah Nelson to find out how the exhibit was started.
