A large high pressure centered over Lake Huron this evening will weaken and shift slowly eastward on Sunday. Tonight will be clear and comfortably cool followed by warmer and more humid conditions on Sunday. There will be lots of sunshine on Sunday morning, but clouds will increase from west to east as the day goes on. A weather disturbance over the central plains will kick off an area of thunderstorms over Iowa that may reach far northwestern Illinois in the afternoon. A low level jet stream from the Gulf of Mexico loaded with moisture will shift it's aim toward the Stateline on Monday and Monday night. Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to cross the area by early Tuesday. A strong Canadian will push through the area by Tuesday afternoon ending chances of thunderstorms. A large Canadian high pressure area will clear the skies on Tuesday night, and bring a nice comfortably cool air mass back into the Stateline on Wednesday.
