Our team of experts will discuss basic weather concepts and enhance important weather topics your students may be studying.  There will also be plenty of time for interaction during an informal question and answer session.  Visits last around 45 minutes to 1 hour and are available weekdays only.  We ask that students be at a minimum, first grade.

For more information about bringing a member of the First Warn weather team to your school, just fill out the form below.  Please also include your name, the school name, city, phone, size of class and specific dates and times that work best for you, understanding we generally need 3 to 4 weeks lead time for coordinating schedules.  Schedules do fill quickly, so the more flexible you are with your dates and times, the easier it will be to accommodate your request.

Upon receipt of your request, a member of our staff will contact you to confirm date, time, location and speaker.  Due to the nature of our business we sometimes must cancel our speaking engagements due to severe or breaking weather, so we will need an emergency number to contact you should this occur.  In such an event, we will make every effort to quickly re-schedule with you.

Our past experience in providing this service has been very well received by students and teachers alike.  We hope you are able to incorporate our service into your classroom program.  And by the way, there is no fee for our speaking engagements… we enjoy visiting with the children and hope the information we provide is useful as well as fun for all.
