Rules and Regulations: The official rules and regulations of this MyStateline.com contest are set forth below. By entering your submission, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. Station’s interpretation and application of the rules and regulations shall be final. Prizes will be awarded to the chosen winner from entries submitted at participating sponsors and/or mystateline.com.  WTVO Channel 17 / WQRF FOX 39 and participating sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered email or other failure to deliver entries prior to deadline.

How to Enter:   No purchase necessary to enter. Entries must be made on mystateline.com. 

Eligibility: You must be 18 years old or older and a resident of the USA to enter the contest. Employees of Nexstar Broadcasting, Mission Broadcasting, Inc., participating sponsors and persons living in the same household as employees or participating sponsors are not eligible to win.

Restrictions: No more than one winner per household over a 90 day period.  No substitutes for prizes will be made by winner. Winners assume all local, state and federal taxes, and incidental expenses where applicable. No warranties or guaranties, expressed or implied, are made or offered by WTVO Channel 17, WQRF FOX 39, Nexstar Broadcasting or Mission Broadcasting, Inc. Sponsors’ warranties shall be assigned to winner.

WTVO Channel 17 / WQRF FOX 39 is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize. By entering the contest, each participant releases WTVO Channel 17, WQRF FOX 39, Nexstar Broadcasting, Mission Broadcasting, Inc. and all participating sponsors and their employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and each winner agrees to indemnify and hold WTVO Channel 17, WQRF FOX 39, Nexstar Broadcasting and Mission Broadcasting, Inc. harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use or any prize.
