Janesville, WI - The Rock County Sheriffs Department arrested a Janesville man in Fridays triple murder case after a police chase Tuesday night.
47-year-old James Koepp is a neighbor to the murdered Lentz family. He lives in the Jacobs Mobile Home Park, near Highways 51 and 11, just outside of Janesville.
Last Friday, 38-year-old Danyetta Lentz and her two teenage children Nicole and Scott were found murdered in their home in the mobile home park.
According to the Rock County Coroners office, the deaths were a result of "complex homicidal violence." Details of how they died or any weapons recovered are not being released.
Koepp is being charged with three counts of first degree intentional homicide, knowingly fleeing an officer, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and reckless endangerment of safety.
The Sheriffs Department says the investigation is ongoing.
