Illinois Gas Price Up More Than 28 Cents Per Gallon

   The average retail gasoline price in Illinois has risen by more than 28 cents per gallon in the past week.
   A gallon of regular gas now averages three-76.
   According to IllinoisGasPrices.com, that compares with the national average that is up 11-point-three cents per gallon to three-64.
   Prices yesterday were more than 27 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 32.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
