DNA Expert Testifies in Rockford Murder Trial

He says DNA swabs were taken off the murder weapon and tests indicate Santos is the most likely of three suspects to have pulled the trigger, which could punch a big hole in the defense's argument, saying there's no way to prove Santos committed the murder.
Santos is accused of killing Isidro Duran, an ice cream vendor on Rockford's west side in 2007. If convicted, he could face 60 years in prison.
