Midway Theater Owner Agrees To Reconstruct Collapsed Roof

June 28, 2012 (ROCKFORD) Owner of the building Phillip Crane agrees to reconstruct the roof by November 1st, or pay a $45,000 dollar fine.

The roof partially collapsed back in March 2012. The city was then prepared to take emergency steps including demolition.
