Rockford - Police search for three suspects they believe are responsible for holding up two people and stealing their car.

It happened late last night of the 300 block of S. Henrietta Avenue.  According to one of the victims, he actually had a conversation with the would-be robbers.

They left, but then came back later armed with a shotgun.  Police say the suspects forced them inside their home and stole cash and took the keys to a black Chevy Tahoe, which was later found abandoned.
