Rockford Park District Says Former Officer's Lawsuit Unfounded

What a Joke! : But, Exec. Dir. Tim Dimke says the District doesn't retaliate against whistle-blowers and instead encourages them to come forward. - - - - - - Everyone that has ever complained to Tim Dimke or Debbie Gass winds up being slandered, smeared and then terminated unless they retaliate against the employee so bad they quit or find another job. They have a pattern of getting rid of anyone that brings anything forward that might make one of the Directors or anyone inside their Inner Circle. This is only one of many in the past that have happened like this and their will continue to be more of them, Lawsuits that is, until the leadership is removed. And that will also include a few Board Members. The gossip around the RPD now is that there is going to be a huge fallout over what several higher ups, including Tim Dimke and Debbie Gass, did and are doing to a RPD employee that is is horrific! Water cooler talk is that when it is all over there will be several resignations and terminations once the lawsuit hits them. and it is the same thing again, go to HR and Tim Dimke, get ganged up on, if one of their Directors may look bad or be in big trouble, they cover it up, sweep, hide and won't look at evidence and then they work the employee out! Tim and Debbie have done this for years. This time it is sounding like they are really scared and politics ans covering things up is at an all time high. It is true, these people are liars, have no ethics, integrity or character. They crucify anyone that questions them and brings anything serious to them - bye bye. But as I said, this time the water cooler talk is far more serious than ANYTHING I have ever heard here. I have never seen so many high ups scrambling and visibly worried over this one. They know it is coming and you can see it.
