Rockford Boy Stabbed in Family Dispute

Rockford - A family dispute takes a violent turn.

Around 9:30pm lat night, two underage siblings argued over food in their home at 1309 Chestnut.  Eventually, the brother and sister came to blows.  It ended when the girl stabbed her brother in the chest.

He was taken to the hospital and is in serious condition.  Charges have not been issued yet.
