Public Forum on Singer's Closure Set for Monday

The Illinois
Health Facilities and Services review board will host the meeting. Members of
the public can attend and offer their written or verbal comments. Comments are
due to the board by august 22nd. The board has scheduled time to address the
closing at its September board meeting.
