Freeport Police Union and City Council Sign New Police Contract

August 17, 2012 (FREEPORT) Freeport City Council and Freeport Police Union held a ceremonial signing for both parties this morning.

Minor language changes were made to the 4-year contract, which includes wage increases for 41-officers.

Mayor Gaulrapp said, negotiations went smoothly and he's thrilled with the outcome.
