Tomorrow Decision Day on Gambling Expansion Bill

Tomorrow is decision day on the gambling expansion bill.

The bill on Gov. Pat Quinn's (D) desk calls for five new casinos, including one in Rockford. It would also allow slot machines at horse racing tracks.

But, Quinn has given no indication he'll sign it.

In the past, he's said the bill lacks ethical oversight and could be a system susceptible to corruption.
