Rockford Housing Market On The Rise

Rockford - Forest City home sales hit a three year high.
416 homes were sold last month, that's the most since June 2009 when 434 homes were sold.
But, it's not all good news.
The average price for those homes is $101,792 compared to $103,281 at this time last year. Still, Rockford Area Realtors say they're not worried because consumer confidence is rising.
