More Information Is Released About The Death Of Two Teens Near Pearl City

(Stephenson County, Illinois) More information is being released Friday about the tragic death of two Stephenson County teens Thursdsay afternoon.
The fatal accident took place on Pearl City Road, just after three o`clock in the afternoon.
Stephenson County Sheriff`s Police say 15 year old Jeremy King and his 13 year old cousin Jacob Kuhlemeyer were killed when they were riding an ATV on a county road and tried to pass a slow moving tractor pulling a hay wagon.
Officials say the victims were struck by a pick-up truck coming from the other direction when they attempted to pass the tractor.
Stephenson County Sheriff David Snyders says the accident was a tragedy and adds, "When the ATV passed the hay wagon (and tractor) the truck was there and there was nothing anyone could have done."
Snyders adds the driver and his passenger in the pick-up truck were not injured in the crash. He also says no tickets have been issued in the case and the investigation is continuing.
