$109 Million Manufacturing Plant Coming To Dixon

Dixon, Illinois- UPM Raflatac announced today that it will be building a $109 million manufacturing plant in the Lee County Business Park in Dixon. "I think for one thing it`s certainly a good signal from the manufacturing sector that manufacturing is alive and is well in the U.S. and in the Midwest," said John Thompson of the Lee County Industrial Development Association.
