New Distribution Center Opens

Rockford- After months of construction, the new Lowe`s distribution center in Rockford is up and running. Trucks started arriving Monday at the building. They`re stocking it with merchandise that will later be shipped to stores throughout the upper Midwest. Lowe`s has hired 250 people so far and will employ several hundred more by March when outbound shipments start. For inquiries, call 815-721-8260.
