Barack Obama Announces Presidential Run

Rockford, IL- In the shadows of the Old State Capitol in Springfield, Barack Obama formally entered the 2008 run for the presidency Saturday morning. Nearly 17,000 supporters braved the winter weather and single-digit temperatures to offer their support and among them were several Stateline supporters.
