Primary Election Draws Small Crowds

The future of five communities lies in the hands of those who cast their ballots. But unfortunately, not too many stickers were given away. Primary elections tend to not generate the enthusiasm as major elections do; but those who did come out to vote, had some major reasons to. "That`s the only way you can legally complain, is if you vote," said Oregon voter, John Mershon. "If you don`t vote, you don`t have a right to complain; and I like to complain, so..."
