Chicago-Rod Blagojevich's defense team is making one last plea to delay his corruption trial.
The former governor's lawyers filed a delay request with the U.S. Supreme Court.
They want the trial pushed back until the high court rules on the honest services fraud law.
Several previous requests to delay the trial have been denied.
It's scheduled to start June 3rd.
