Illinois - The races for Governor and U.S. Senate are heating up.
According to a Rasmussen survey, Incumbent Pat Quinn trails Republican challenger Bill Brady by 7% in the race for Governor. However, 9% remain undecided.
In the race for U.S. Senate it's neck-and-neck.
Democrat Alexi Giannoulias leads Republican Mark Kirk by only 2%. But Democrats fear that the independent voters are leaning toward Kirk and that could tip the balance in Kirk's favor.
