Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez says Troy Bonaparte allegedly rented motel rooms from May to August 2010 throughout the Chicagoland area for the women and forced them to serve eight to 12 customers per day.
Bonaparte also allegedly beat one woman and threatened to kill the other two if they quit.
Investigators also recovered small amounts of crack cocaine and heroin, 27-hundred dollars in cash, six cameras and a laptop on Bonaparte when they arrested him.
