Report: Plot To Assassinate Russia's Putin Disrupted

A plot to assassinate Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has reportedly been foiled.

Russian state-run TV says Ukrainian security services helped thwart an attack believed to have been ordered by a Chechen militant.

There's no confirmation yet on how many people were involved, but several arrests are said to have taken place in the Ukrainian town of Odessa near the Black Sea.
