House Fire in Rockford Under Investigation

Rockford, IL- The Rockford Fire Department investigates a house fire. It happened just after 11:00 Thursday morning at 2103 18th Avenue. When crews arrived on scene, they found heavy smoke coming from the home. The fire was in the basement. No one was home at the time. Officials say it appears to be electrical. Damage is estimated at 25-thousand dollars.
