Jurors To Ask Witnesses Questions in Trials

Lawyers and judges aren't the only ones who can question a witness in court, soon the jury can too.

Starting in July, jurors can submit questions for witnesses.  But, not all of them will actually be used.  State Supreme Court Justice, Thomas Kilbride, says trial judges will decide which questions will ultimately be answered.
