Rockford - Residents get their first look at potential route changes to the Rockford bus system.

The public gave their two cents about what works and what doesn't during a forum at the public library on Montague.  The goal of the meeting is to reconfigure bus routes to become more efficient financially, as well as reducing wait times for riders.

The changes are expected to go into effect by October.
