First Lady Michelle Obama Visits Chicago

She joined Governor Pat Quinn as he signed legislation designed to help military families. This happened at the National Guard Armory in Chicago.

 

The law makes it easier to transfer professional licenses when guardsmen move from one state to another.

 

Michelle Obama said "we have to remember who these military spouses are. They're folks who are giving their hearts and soul to this country every single day."

 

Obama also attended to fundraisers while back in her hometown.
