July 18, 2012 (ROCKFORD) The candidate met with airport officials, and got a chance to tour the facility this morning.
Cheri Bustos says, it's important to know the needs and strengths of the airport in order to expand operations if elected.
Bustos is up against republican incumbent Bobby Schilling for the 17th congressional seat in November.
