Rockford Man Shot Overnight

Rockford Police Officers responded to the 2800 block of Collins Street for a shooting victim this morning.  Upon arrival, Officers located a 26-year-old Rockford man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The victim reported he was walking down the street when a black Chevy Tahoe or Suburban approached him. A passenger exited the vehicle and fired towards the victim striking him once in the face above the left eye. The suspects are described as a white male, 20's, wearing a white bandana and black t-shirt and a Hispanic male.
