Brawl Erupts In Front of Rockford Public Safety Building

Rockford - A child custody battle inside the courtroom spills out into the streets.
A brawl broke out between two groups of people in front of the Public Safety Building in downtown Rockford. Two women were going at it when a man came in and kicked one of them. He was immediately taken down by a police officer.
About half a dozen officers are trying to break up the fight, but not before one of the women gets kicked in the face.
Three people were arrested.
