Finalized with an 11 - 1 vote, the Flying W will see its contract inflate to nearly half a million dollars and tree care's contract will triple to reach $60,000.  This is being done as an effort to keep up with demand and to combat the deadly emerald ash borer.  The city has about $8,000 ash trees, most of which need to be removed.
