Football Practice Begins 8/8/12

Rockford, Illinois-They broke out the football Wednesday at high schools all over the Stateline. It was the first day of practice.
Teams are trying to get up to speed in a hurry because the start of the season is only 16 days away. The big night is Friday, August 24th.
There are several new head coaches in the area. Rockford Christian is getting ready to make the big move to the Big Northern Conference.
Can Boylan keep its string of NIC-10 wins going? Will Auburn snap its losing streak? Which players will have breakout seasons, and which teams will be in the playoff party come October?
We'll have some of the answers as we roll out our high school football two-a-days starting Thursday.
