Christopher Long took samples from Peterson's third wife, Kathleen Savio, during autopsies in 2004 and 2007. The defense says Savio could've been on antidepressants suggesting her death could've been an overdose or suicide.
But, Long said she only had a trace amount of aspirin and no sign of antidepressants in her system.
Peterson is accused of murdering Savio.
