The second murder trial of Nicholas Sheley is delayed again after his lawyer says he needs more time to prepare.

He says it's to give his DNA expert more time to examine evidence in the case.  Prosecutors didn't object.

Sheley is accused of killing 93 year-old Russell reed of Sterling back in 2008.  Sheley has already been convicted in his first murder trial for killing 65 year-old Galesburg native, Ronald Randall.
