Historical social activist Julian Bond addressed a crowd of Sensata workers today outside the Freeport factory. The group who has taken refuge at the fairgrounds now donned "Bainport" gathered inspiration from the civil rights legend. Bond shared a message of perseverance and never giving up hope; and with just over a month until the workers are due to lose their jobs, the message couldn't have come at a better time. "It may be too late to save our jobs" one worker said "but it might not be too late to save someone else's".
