Chicago - The state department of public health says there could be a second case of fungal meningitis.

They're saying a Chicago resident received a tainted steroid injection at the APAC Centers for Pain Management.  The patient is currently undergoing testing and treatment.

It all stems from a Massachusetts pharmaceutical company.  It produced drugs tainted with fungal meningitis, which led to a nationwide outbreak of the disease.  Nearly 400 people were infected and about three dozen have died.
