Rockford Ranks Highest in Illinois for Driver Safety

Rockford, Illinois- Allstate Insurance announced its 2006 America`s Best Drivers report today; coming at # 43, Rockford, Illinois. "I think it`s pretty safe," says Rockford driver, Janush Squark. 17-year-old Madeleine Sparkman has had her license for about a year. She disagrees, "I think that people in Rockford drive crazy." Allstate gathered the data from over 200 cities for its report, over a two year period.
