Rockford, Illinois-All is right with the world again as far as many IceHogs fans are concerned.  Chris Toltzman is returning as the team's public address announcer.

Toltzman was the Hogs' PA man from their birth in 1999 until he was let go in 2010.  His booming voice and his interaction with the fans made him one of the most entertaining announcers in all of hockey.  He's known for several sayings such as "Welcome To Rock Vegas" at the beginning of each game, and "Wooo" after each Hogs goal, and for exclaiming "IceHogs Win, IceHogs Win," at the end of each victory.

Toltzman told WTVO that he's excited to be back, and he's eager to rekindle his relationship with the fans.  He says we can expect the same old Chris Toltzman that Hogs fans fell in love with over the years.

Toltzman has also done announcing for NIU football, Hononegah basketball, and last season for the Chicago Express hockey team.
