Lawsuit Over Historic Tombstone

The original headstone of presumed JFK assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, sits on display at Lensing's Historic Auto Museum in Roscoe. Museum owner Wayne Lensing said he bought he stone legally two years ago, but a Texas man--David Card--is suing to get it back. Reports show Card claims the headstone was sold illegally. A Texas court will decide where the tombstone will end up.
