Rockford, Ilinois-IceHogs coach Ted Dent has been saying for the past couple weeks that the Hogs top guns have to pick up the scoring slack. Brandon Pirri has responded.  Pirri has three goals and an assist in the Hogs' last three games.

"It was just finding that confidence," said Pirri to WTVO. "Guys like myself and other guys on the team have the ability to score goals, and it's just a matter of maybe doing the little things in practice and staying a little longer, and then it'll work out in games."

Pirri and the Hogs have won their last two games. They'll play in Peoria Wednesday night.
