An appeal filed by Rod Blagojevich's attorneys is still being processed.

His wife, Patti Blagojevich, says it's "incredibly frustrating" how long it's taking.  According to published reports, transcripts from Blagojevich's first two trials haven't been completed for the appellate court.

Blagojevich is five months into a 14 year prison sentence after being convicted on 18 corruption charges, including a plot to sell or trade President Obama's old Senate seat for a job or money.
