Hearn Elected For Hall 2/27/13

Belvidere, Illinois-Long time Belvidere football coach Mike Hearn has been elected to the Ilinois High School Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

He'll be inducted in April. Hearn was an assistant coach for the Bucs for many years under Vern Pottinger when the Bucs were winning State Championships in the early '90s.  Then he became the Bucs head coach for ten years.

After stepping down from the top job he became an assistant coach again at Belvidere for the last six years.
